Carlack Products Australia appreciates your business and are confident that you will be satisfied with the products that we provide. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 business days. We will set up an RMA for you and request the items are back at our warehouse within seven 7 days from the date the RMA is issued.
For “change of mind items,” we will provide you a refund on the cost of the item minus any processing and shipping charges.
A restocking fee of 10% is charged for all returns, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or incorrect address supplied, and in all cases of undeliverable parcels (return postage fees may also apply in these cases).
Policy regarding incorrect, missing or damaged items shipped to you: In the instance that Carlack Products Australia has sent incorrect items, items are missing from your order or if there is damage, you will need to contact us within 48 hours from receiving the order. Claims outside of 48 hours will not be accepted.
We may request the return of the incorrect/damaged item(s) to us before a refund will be issued. A refund will be processed for missing or damaged items. We do not resend goods out.
