Maxolen PM1 Power Cut is an aggressive high quality cutting compound suitable for removing down to 800 grit surface marks and for use on strongly weathered paint. 

Maxolen PM1 Power Cut is silicone free and suitable for all painted surfaces. This product can be used by hand or with a machine. 

Application Instructions:

Hand: Apply a small amount of Maxolen PM1 Power Cut to a clean cloth or applicator and work onto paint in circular overlapping motions. A noticeable "grind" should be felt and this will reduce as the surface contamination is removed. Buff off with a clean polishing cloth. Additional surface preparation using a finer compund such as Maxolen PM2 Surface Cut and gloss polish with a suitable general purpose polish such as Carlack Complete 68 or Maxolen PM3 Perfect Wax

Machine: Apply a small amount of Maxolen PM1 Power Cut to the panel or surface. Using the polishing machine, work the compound across the surface with gentle pressure and an overlapping motion. Recommended machine speeds of 1600rpm for rotary and up to 4000rpm for orbital. Application by experienced operators recommended.

Water can be added to this compound to reduce the cutting effect.
