Shipping policy

Unless otherwise requested all products are shipped using Australia Post parcel services. Shipping times are controlled by Australia Post and out of our control. Australia Post tracking numbers for your item will be provided upon request.

We do recycle packaging when available.

Items damaged in transit are covered up to AUD$100 in accordance with Australia Post Lost and Damaged Goods policy and it is the receivers responsibility to make claim. Receipt of postage supplied upon request.
